Our Services

We offer roofing, fencing, siding, screens, gutters, pergola, interior and exterior painting, as well as new home construction and remodeling and room addition services.

With two convenient office locations in Midlothian and Frisco, Texas.  Midlo Contracting proudly serves the entire DFW metroplex.

Our Family

Michael Hamdan – President

I’m a happily married man to my wonderful wife, Chelsea. I’m also a proud father to five kids. Four girls and one boy. I have been in the construction remodeling industry for over twenty years.

Jason Winkles – General Manager

I am a construction guru. In fact, I am Midlo Contracting’s construction nerd. I have spent all of my work life in construction. I started my career framing houses with my dad – moving onto building some of the most beautiful custom homes in the metroplex. I have 10+ years in commercial construction where I’ve been a superintendent for an elevator company. I am passionate for the needs and goals for my clients. I love to educate people and I specialize in bringing peace of mind to homeowners who have previously struggled with other contracting companies. When I’m not playing at work, you can find me hanging out with my high school sweetheart of over twenty years and my two beautiful children – usually camping or having a nice happy hour with close friends.

Clayton Smith – Quality Control Manager

I am highly dedicated to making sure the very best work is completed on every job that I am a part of.

Frank Hanson – Quality Control Manager

I have been married to my amazing wife, Tracy, for 28 years. We have 4 boys, 3 daughter-in-laws, 6 granddaughters and 1 grandson. I have been in construction for 40+ years.  I now enjoy working for Midlo Contracting, helping customers with their home projects. In my spare time, I love to cook for the family, swim, and play with our fur babies.

Ashley Villalobos – Office Manager

I am a Native Texan, and moved from the Hill Country to the DFW area in 2014. Family is the most important thing to me, so any free time is spent enjoying each moment with my husband and four boys. Midlo Contracting has been my work family since May,  2018, and I am grateful to be part of such a great group of people.

Katie Cannon – Office Assistant

I grew up in Midlothian and am married to a hard-working farmer. We have an adorable boy and precious little girl that light up my life. Midlo Contracting has been my second home since August, 2018. Traveling and spending time with my family are what I enjoy in my spare time.

Danae Jennings – Office Assistant

I am a born & raised Texan, and have lived in the Dallas area for 20 years. First and foremost, I love my family and my dog, Gibby.  I love traveling (I’ve been to Africa four times & the Philippines once), reading, and movies (my favorite is Father of the Bride). I am thankful for the life I’ve lived thus far and I am blessed beyond measure.

Elizabeth Brooks – Bookkeeping

I am a born and raised Burleson resident. After beating cancer, I realized I wanted to do something with my life and so am currently going to school to become an accountant. If I am not reading books for school, then I am reading for fun (Yes, for fun!)

Logan Foy – Sales Consultant

I joined the Midlo Contracting sales team in June, 2018. I was born and raised in Midlothian, Texas and now serve my community as a firefighter/paramedic with the Midlothian Fire Department. When I’m not at the station, I am providing top notch customer service to my customers at Midlo Contracting. My hobbies include mountain biking, building RC cars, and wrangling my two fur children, Angus and Tucker.

Derrick Steele – Sales Consultant

I moved to Texas 2 years ago and had my house completely remodeled by Midlo Contracting. Through the process, we became good friends and then family. I have been in the construction field for 20 years. I love what I do; I like helping people.

Jeff Milby – Sales Consultant

I have lived in the DFW area for my entire life. I am husband and father to three beautiful girls. I have also been employed with the Dallas Fire Rescue for the past 12 years. I take pride in everything I do.

Clay Harrell – Sales Consultant

I am a firefighter/paramedic for Mansfield Fire Department. I am married to my wife, Kelli, who is a RN. We have a son, Luke, and a daughter, Savannah.

David Carpenter – Sales Consultant

I’ve been a firefighter/paramedic for three years with the city of Duncanville. When I’m not at the fire station, I’m dedicated to providing quality work and superior customer service to all Midlo Contracting customers. My beautiful wife, Courtney, and I have been married for six years and we adore our little boy, Jett.

Tony Snelling – Sales Consultant

I grew up in Midlothian and married my high school sweetheart, Lauren. We both love helping people.  I am a firefighter/paramedic and she is a nurse. We have two beautiful boys and another baby on the way. I have been in and around construction my whole life and thoroughly enjoy doing what I do.

Walter Nye – Sales Consultant

I just moved to Texas from California last year. I started with Midlo Contracting as a gutter installer and liked the possibility of helping people in restoring their homes, so started as a sales consultant. I look forward to growing with the company and seeing what the future holds!

Ryan Hudson – Sales Assistant

I have been married to my lovely wife, Kimber, for 11 years and we have two boys, Reid and Cole. I have been working in construction for the past 10 years.

Angus – Top Dog

Meet Midlo Contracting’s mascot, Angus. He is the fur child of our very own salesman, Logan Foy. He loves all aspects of work, from supervising dad out on the job to helping out the ladies in the office. His day to day duties include: windows down and head out to feel the wind in his face; demanding pats and scratches; eating all the treats; and taking a good snooze while everyone else works.
